  • 225 gr. minced pork
  • 225 gr. minced veal
  • 1 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 2 minced cloves of garlic
  • 1 medium-sized diced onion head
  • 1 tsp dry mix of italian spices
  • 1/4 Art. dry white wine
  • 1 can (800 gr.) Chopped tomatoes with juice
  • 1/2 tbsp. milk
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 slices of aged provolone cheese
  • 8 buns for sub-sandwiches (mini-baguettes)
  • Pickled jardiniere vegetables for serving, oil
  • Chianti, for serving

Recipe preparation:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a roasting pan over medium heat. Lay out ground beef, pork and veal and saute until pink shade, about 10 minutes Remove the meat with a slotted spoon and transfer to a bowl, leaving the stand out juice and fat in a roasting pan.
