With red beans and vegetables you can cook a great snack, which guests will definitely appreciate. From one package of bread and pans with beans can make a lot of sandwiches.   1. First, let’s cook beans.
  2. We wash the beans, pour cold water and leave for 2-3 hours.
  3. Drain the water, rinse again. Pour water and put on the fire.
  4. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to a minimum. Cook from 60 to 90 minutes approximately. Stir occasionally.
  5. While the beans are being cooked, we will prepare the vegetables.
  6. We clear onions and carrots, we clear Bulgarian pepper of seeds and stalks.
  7. Washing vegetables.
  8. Cut the onion into half rings.
  9. Cut the carrots into large strips.
  10. Bulgarian cut into strips.
  11. Heat the pan with oil.
  12. Fry the onion for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
  13. Add carrots, fry for another 5 minutes.
  14. Add bell pepper. Fry for 5 minutes.
  15. Add tomato paste, fry for 2 minutes.
  16. Add the water in which the beans were cooked. Cover with a lid and simmer until the vegetables soften for 30 minutes. Periodically adding water.
  17. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  18. We wash the greens and chop finely.
  19. Add the greens and garlic to the vegetables and mix.
  20. We throw the beans into a colander, pour the water into a separate a bowl.
  21. Add the beans to the vegetables, mix.
  22. Add salt, dried garlic and paprika to taste. Mix.
  23. Add a little water from the beans and simmer over low heat under cover for 15-20 minutes.
