To make a moufulet sandwich, take a lush rustic round bread with a diameter of 30 cm, cut off the upper third. Take out the crumb from a loaf, leaving the edges 2 cm thick. Lay out your favorite sandwich ingredients: prosciutto ham, provolone cheese, turkey, co -pressat and mozzarella, fresh basil, olives or fried peppers and sliced tomatoes. Pour salad dressing, then put the top of the bread back in place. Wrap tightly sandwich in a film and crush with a heavy frying pan; put in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or all night. When you cut the sandwich into portions, you get a layered sandwich from several varieties of sausages, olive salad, cheese and baked vegetables. You can do different options.
