Sandwich “Monte Cristo” with brioche bun

This version includes Italian prosciutto ham, the addition of rosemary gives a special flavor, and slices of butter brioche buns spread with dessert mustard and raspberry джемом.   • 16 thin slices of prosciutto cotto ham
  • 8 thin slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp. pitted raspberry jam
  • 2 tbsp. l mustard
  • 1/2 tsp chopped rosemary
  • 4 large eggs at room temperature
  • 3/4 Art. room temperature fat cream
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. l powdered sugar

Recipe preparation:
