Sandwich

Meatballs

  • 1 large egg, beaten

  • 4 garlic cloves, pressed and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ground red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp Worcester sauce
  • 1/4 Art. chopped parsley
  • 1/4 Art. grated parmesan or pecorino romano cheese

Marinara sauce

  • 1 can (800 gr.) Canned mashed tomatoes
  • 1 can (400 gr.) Canned mashed tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, pressed and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ground red pepper flakes
  • A handful of chopped parsley (about 2 tbsp.)
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

French fries

  • 4 medium-sized potato tubers with white peel, chopped into 8 long thin slices
  • Grill seasoning mix

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 230 ° C.
  2. Place the minced meat in a large bowl and make a recess in the center.     Baked french fries
