This recipe is also suitable for multicookers, prepared in program “quenching 90 minutes”, poured boiling water.

  1. Wash a whole piece of meat (pork neck is ideal) dry with a paper towel, rub with coarse salt, black pepper, wrap with cling film, put in the refrigerator on night.
