  1. We wash the salmon fillet, remove the scales and bones. Dry well paper towel.
  2. For marinade we combine salt (I have large sea), sugar and pepper. Mix the ingredients.
  3. We put the fish in a container, sprinkle with marinade on 2 sides and rub it lightly. Close the container with a lid and remove refrigerator for 24 hours.
  4. During salting for 3, turn the fish on the other side.
  5. After a day, the fish is ready. Rinse it slightly, remove large pieces of salt and pepper. Dry a little and cut portionwise. Enjoy your meal!
