  1. Three carrots on a coarse grater. Shred cabbage very thinly. Everything mix well.
  2. Pour 1 liter of water into a saucepan and add salt. We put on fire, bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes.
  3. Chilled brine pour cabbage with carrots.
  4. After 1 hour, pour the brine into a saucepan, boil a few minutes and let cool.
  5. We put cabbage with carrots in jars and pour brine. Leave for 2 days at room temperature.
  6. Then close the plastic lids and rearrange the cans in cold place. Enjoy your meal!
