  1. We wash the fish, dry, remove the seeds.
  2. Making a marinade: mix salt, sugar and finely chopped dill.
  3. We put the fish in a bag, fill it with marinade. Distribute fish marinade.
  4. We wrap it up, put it under a little oppression and put it in the refrigerator for 3 days. Turn over periodically.
  5. We get it after 3 days, remove the excess dill, chop and enjoy it. Serve with mustard and lemon, but not necessary. Enjoy your meal!
