Gravlax – a fish dish from the cold appetizer category, characteristic of the cuisine of the Nordic countries, mainly Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland. Represents Valuable raw fish cooked in a dry spicy marinade. I I do not pretend for the original performance, so let’s call this method of preparation: “Salmon a la gravlax.” The fish turns out slightly dried and very tasty.

- We wash the fish, dry, remove the seeds.
- Making a marinade: mix salt, sugar and finely chopped dill.
- We put the fish in a bag, fill it with marinade. Distribute fish marinade.
