Salad with Mash, Cherry and Thyme

  1. Mash should be sorted out, washed in several cold waters and recline on a sieve. Put a pot with 250 ml of water on the fire. AT lower the boiled water to the washed mash, cook for twenty minutes at closed lid. Add salt, stir, remove after ten minutes from the fire.

  2. Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut in half (ordinary tomatoes cut into several slices).
  3. For salad dressing in a bowl combine olive oil with vinegar (can be with apple vinegar), mustard (in grains, pasta allowed), garlic (passed through a press), leaves thyme (detached from the branch), salt, pepper, stir well.
  4. In the volumetric bowl, put the washed and dried paper towels lettuce, as well as mung bean and halves of cherry, pour salad dressing, mix gently.
  5. When serving, transfer to a salad dish.
