  1. Peel, wash, chop the onion.
  2. Peel, wash, cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
  3. Ham (or any other lean sausage, such as balyk, ham, chop) with a sharp knife, cut neatly cubes.
  4. Wash tomatoes, cut into a cube (part left for decorations), drain excess liquid.
  5. Hard boil eggs, cool in cold water, peel, rub through a fine grater.
  6. Lightly fry chopped onion with oil. Put to it mushrooms, salt, pepper, stir, fry for another ten minutes, remove from heat.
  7. In a volumetric bowl, combine the chilled mushrooms, ham, cherry, eggs, lightly salt and pepper, mix.
  8. Dress with mayonnaise, you can homemade (there is a recipe on the site). Serve in portioned salad bowls, garnished to taste.
