The salad will be even tastier if take scallops not frozen, but chilled.

- With zucchini cut the skin. Cut in half, clean core, the remaining pulp is cut into small slices about 1 cm thick.
- We clear asparagus stalks from a hard skin. Cut diagonally into cuttings about 4 cm long. Cut the cherry tomatoes into rings.
- Pour a liter of water into the stewpan, bring to a boil. Add salt and blanch vegetables, asparagus for about three to four minutes, and zucchini about two minutes. We shift vegetables to ice water, leave them for five minutes. Wipe with a paper towel.
- In a pan, heat the vegetable oil, fry scallops for a minute on each side, until golden brown. Take off from the fire, cover and leave for a couple of minutes.
- Warm the asparagus with zucchini in olive oil, do not fry, but just warm up. Put vegetables on a plate, on top put scallops and tomatoes. Sprinkle with lemon juice sprinkle with spices and garnish with pea sprouts.
