  1. We put carrots and potatoes in their skins and, separately, the eggs.
  2. While everything is boiling, we rub the cheese, wash the green onions and finely we cut.
  3. Once the eggs are cooked, cool them and rub on a shallow grater.
  4. Fry sesame seeds in a dry pan.
  5. Cooked vegetables, set them to cool. Meanwhile merge liquid from canned fish, put the fish in a bowl, knead with a fork.
  6. We clean the cooled vegetables, grate.
  7. Mix canned fish, potatoes and carrots.
  8. Add eggs and cheese, mix.
  9. Next, add green onions, sour cream, pour in soy sauce. All mix well.
  10. Divide the mass into equal parts and roll up balls of size large walnut (so that the balls are the same, you can use an ice cream spoon).
  11. Roll the balls in sesame seeds, spread them beautifully on dish, decorate with herbs. Delicious appetizer ready. Enjoy your meal!
