  1. Boil rice (according to package instructions). Rolls under Uramaki

  6. Cut the nori sheet into two parts.
  7. On a mat wrapped with cling film in several layers, put half the nori sheet down with the shiny side. Wetting hands put rice in vinegar water, leaving free space on top for bonding.
  8. Turn the sheet of nori rice down. Spread the cream cheese, cucumber, salmon and start twisting the roll. After roll turned, sprinkle it with sesame seeds. Then cut into 8 parts.
