- Boil rice (according to package instructions).
- In a bowl, mix hot rice with rice vinegar, 2 tbsp. l at 250 g of finished rice.
- In a bowl, dilute three tbsp. l rice vinegar in 200 ml of water.
- On a mat wrapped with cling film in several layers, put the nori sheet down on the shiny side. Soaking hands in put rice in vinegar water, leaving a free space on top for bonding.
- We spread cream cheese, salmon, avocado and cucumber on rice and start twisting the roll. Cut the finished roll in half, each half again into two parts.
