  4. On a mat wrapped with cling film in several layers, put the nori sheet down on the shiny side. Soaking hands in put rice in vinegar water, leaving a free space on top for bonding.
  5. We spread cream cheese, salmon, avocado and cucumber on rice and start twisting the roll. Cut the finished roll in half, each half again into two parts.
