  1. In a bowl, mix flour, starch, eggs, 400 ml. half milk sugar, salt and mix well. Add vegetable oil and mix again until smooth.
  2. In a very heated pan, bake pancakes. The dough should spread well, leaving small holes around the edges.
  3. In a small saucepan, mix 100 ml. milk remaining half the sugar, butter and bring to a boil. On a small simmer the mixture for 20 minutes.
  4. Then add the pear, diced, cinnamon and vanilla sugar. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  5. In the middle of each pancake, put 1 tablespoon of sauce, fold in half and top with a little sauce again. Enjoy your meal!
