Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 tbsp. canned beans (can) filtered from brine weighing 540 gr.)
- 1 diced green bell pepper
- 4 sliced 2.5 cm. Solid, ripe tomatoes
- 2 tsp chopped ginger root or 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. chopped onions
- 2 minced cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp spice mixes Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried red pepper flakes or to taste (according to wish)
- Salt and ground pepper to taste
- Juice 1/2 lemon or to taste
- 3 tbsp. l chopped fresh cilantro

Recipe preparation:
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, heat oil, put onion and pepper and fry, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
