  1. Rinse quinoa thoroughly, then add to a pot of water and cook for 15 minutes after boiling.
  2. Chop zucchini and onion. Add to the pan and pour a little oils. Fry for a few minutes.
  3. Then we throw pine nuts, mint, salt and a few more minutes are cooking.
  4. Turn off the stove and add quinoa to the pan, mix everything.
  5. Serve cold and hot. Have a nice appetite!
