Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 small bundle of Tuscan feces, washed, without stems, cut into strips 2.5 cm wide.
- 3 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
- 3-4 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1 tbsp. boiled white quinoa
- 1 tbsp. Cherry Tomatoes Halved
- 1/4 Art. crushed goat cheese
- 1/4 Art. roasted pine nuts

Recipe preparation:
- Submerge the kale in a large bowl of hot water for 1-2 мин. until a slight color change. Drain the water. Shift in big salad bowl.
- Dress in a small bowl: lightly striking the bowl, whisk wine vinegar and slowly pour in olive oil; season salt and pepper.
- Pour half the dressing over the feces and stir hands. Add the finished quinoa and tomatoes, place in the refrigerator and let it brew for 20 minutes. Serve and sprinkle with the remaining dressing, crumble goat cheese and sprinkle pine nuts. In this salad recipe with kale, you can replace cereals with farro grains.
