You can pickle mushrooms not only during the forest mushroom season. Champignons are available all year round, so you can cook them at home before the upcoming celebration. Fragrant and delicious champignons will be a great snack.

  1. In a pan with non-stick coating we spread sugar, salt, coriander, provence herbs, bay leaf, cloves, chopped dill, pour oil and vinegar.

  2. Bring the aromatic marinade to a boil.

  3. We thoroughly wash the champignons, send them to the pan in the marinade and mix.

  4. Cover the mushrooms in the marinade, simmer for 7 minutes, remove from heat and leave for 30 minutes.

  5. We transfer fragrant mushrooms to a jar, close and cool at least 8 hours. We shift the ready-made pickled champignons to plate, decorate with herbs and serve on the festive table.
