- 2 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic in granules
- 2 tbsp. l ketchup
- 1.25 Art. cooked brown rice
- 4 whole grain tortillas 20 cm each.
- 1 tbsp. grated mozzarella

Recipe preparation:
