Quesadilla with mushrooms

  • 250 gr grated cheese, about 2.5 tbsp.
  • 60 gr crushed feta cheese, about 1/2 tbsp.
  • Sour cream, cilantro twigs, salsa for serving

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Cover the baking sheet with foil.
  2. Melt 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter in a pan medium in size over moderately high heat.
