- 4 large (diameter – 30 cm.) Tortilla cakes
- 2 tbsp. chopped smoked cheddar cheese
- 250 gr peeled and finely chopped chorizo sausage
- 2 onions, finely chopped
Salsa
- 3 finely chopped small cream grade tomatoes, mashed through a sieve to remove seeds
- 1 finely chopped jalapeno pepper with extracted seeds
- 1 finely chopped small onion
- A handful of finely chopped cilantro leaves
- Salt

Recipe preparation:
- Heat a non-stick or flat pan over high heat. Fry the cake for 20 seconds, then turn it over.
