Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 green apple, take out the core, cut into thin sliced
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • 4 wheat tortillas (corn tortilla recipe, recipe wheat tortilla)
  • 230 gr. brie cheese, cut the crust, cut the flesh into slices
  • 1 tbsp. l whole grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp. l maple syrup
  • 2 slices of bacon, fry and crumble

Recipe preparation:

  1. Heat the grill pan to a moderate to high temperature. Stir apple slices with 2 tsp. olive oil. To lay out apples in a preheated pan and fry on all sides, until softness and the appearance of characteristic marks from the grill, 3-4 minutes.
  2. Put tortillas on a cutting board. Put in half tortillas fried apples and brie cheese, then fold the tortillas in half, covering the filling.
  3. Heat in a non-stick pan to medium temperature remaining olive oil. Then put quesadilla in a pan and fry one by one until golden brown, approximately 2 min each from each side.
