Tasty both hot and cold

Is it worth it to tinker a bit to please yourself and to your family an amazing and versatile appetizer? Any dish – it is an invaluable experience that paves the way for experimentation. Having tried the basic recipe, you can roughly calculate large servings for a few days or a fun company.

Cooking is divided into two stages: performing the test and minced meat, therefore, to make such a snack in a quick way is possible only by filling a hand.

The main ingredients for the test:

  • sour cream 15% – 200 g;
  • olive mayonnaise – 200 g;
  • flour – 350 g;
  • green onions – 1 teaspoon.

Main ingredients for minced meat:

  • white loaf – 1 piece;
  • minced chicken – 450 g;
  • fresh champignons – 2 pcs.;
  • onions – 2 tablespoons;
  • salt and black pepper to taste;
  • 2.5% milk – 6 tablespoons.

Additional components:

  • purchased chicken egg – 1 pc.;
  • breadcrumbs – 6 tablespoons;
  • cooking oil for frying – 150 ml;
  • straws – 1 pack.

Cooking method

Onions and mushrooms are cut into small cubes or short straws and fry in a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil added. Upon receipt of the golden color, put the frying in a bowl to stuffing. To this we add a piece of loaf soaked in milk. Solim and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly and remove under the food film in the refrigerator.

The turn of the test has come. Put sour cream in a deep bowl, mayonnaise and green onions. After stirring, gradually added sifted flour. Gently knead the dough, which should be soft and very elastic. Cover it with a towel and let it stand about 20 minutes.

Sprinkle flour on the table, separate ½ part from the finished dough and roll out the layer. With an ordinary glass, a circle is made in it, in the middle of which is placed 1 straw. Further to the center of the circle minced meat is put and it is stuck like a dumpling. With a sharp knife he shares into two parts, after which each of them is dipped first into the egg, and then rolls in breadcrumbs. Fry the “leg” over low heat from all sides to a pleasant golden color.

The appetizer can be served on the table in both hot and warm even when cold. As an addition, you can use sauce or adjika.

Tasty options: a dish that serves cooked appetizer, can be decorated with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and greens.
