  1. Cut the pumpkin into pieces, add to the pan with sugar and set overnight, stirring occasionally so that the sugar dissolves.
  2. We put a pan on the fire, add lemon juice with cinnamon. Bring to a boil and then cook over low heat for about 30 minutes.
  3. Then close the lid and let stand for several hours. Pumpkin will have to absorb a lot of syrup.
  4. When serving, sprinkle with chopped nuts. Have a nice appetite!
