  1. Peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds, grate on a coarse grater.
  2. Add semolina, cinnamon and hot water. Shuffle.
  3. Add salt, sugar and butter, mix and leave on 10 min.
  4. Add 2 tbsp. flour, mix.
  5. Form the cutlets.
  6. Fry in a small amount of oil preheated pan on both sides until cooked.
