- Now you need to add sugar, lemon juice and bring back liquid to a boil; do not stop stirring.
- Next, you need to remove the pan from the heat and mash the pumpkin with a blender.
- Add cherries to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes, continuously stirring.
- Dilute the starch in 150 ml of cold water.
- Add starch to the pumpkin-cherry mixture and, constantly stirring, cook until the jelly thickens, it will take about 1 minute. Our jelly is ready!
