Ingredients for the recipe:
- 5 large tubers of red potatoes, well washed, untreated
- 250 gr goat cheese
- 1/4 Art. balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 Art. basil leaves
- 3/4 Art. olive oil
- 3 tbsp. l chopped chives, optional

Recipe preparation:
- Put the potatoes in a pot filled with salted water, and bring to a boil. Then turn down the heat and boil the potatoes until semi-preparedness, approximately 12 – 15 minutes. Drain and cool. tubers. Then cut each into 1.5 cm slices.

Piles again put on the grill, cover and fry for about 1 minute until the cheese begins to melt. Put the potatoes on the dish, Sprinkle with French dressing and sprinkle with chives.
