Recipe preparation:

  2. In a separate saucepan, mix the butter and grated garlic and cook at medium temperature for 2-3 minutes. until, until garlic gives flavor and melts butter.
  3. In a deep bowl, mix both types of flour.
  4. Mix the resulting mixture with the mixture with yeast and add melted butter with garlic. Mix at medium speed mixer, scraping the dough from the walls of the bowl, for 5-7 minutes. доuntil the dough is soft and elastic.

  9. Remove the ovals from the dough with a kitchen spatula with slots. put them on prepared baking sheets. Sprinkle special dough salt for pretzels immediately after pulling them out of the water, so that they are saturated with salt. Make 3 shallow cuts on top diagonally.
  10. Bake for 10-13 minutes, rearranging the baking sheets up and down when the pretzel buns are already half baked.
