  1. Break 2 eggs into a bowl.
  2. Add the oatmeal, mix.
  3. Add chopped greens (dill or green onions).
  4. Add spices, salt and pepper to taste. We mix everything. If a you have rough oat flakes, then the mixture must be allowed to infuse for minutes ten.
  5. Cut the tomato into slices.
  6. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  7. Heat the pan without adding oil.
  8. Pour the mixture into a skillet and fry over medium heat. a few minutes until golden brown on one side.
  9. Turn the pancake on the other side.
  10. Lubricate the finished side with soft cottage cheese.
  11. We spread the cheese, distribute it throughout the pancake.
  12. We spread tomato slices on one side.
  13. Fold the pancake in half and serve.
