  1. Peel and chop the potatoes very thinly.
  2. It is good to dry all the potato wedges with a paper towel.
  3. Pour the flour into a bowl, add the potatoes to the flour in parts and roll on all sides.
  4. Pour a lot of sunflower oil into the pan, heat on medium heat.
  5. Add potatoes in portions and fry until golden brown. Keep the fire at an average level all the time.
  6. Remove the prepared chips from the butter and place on a napkin.
  7. Then add salt and ground paprika to the chips.
