  1. Pancake the dough by mixing the egg, milk, salt and flour.

  2. Pour a little vegetable oil into the finished mass.

  3. Fry thin pancakes.

  4. Cut the salmon into thin layers.

  5. Cream cheese mixed with herbs.

  6. Grease every pancake with them, spread red fish on top and roll up.

  7. Cut the rolls into pieces with a sharp knife.

  8. Stick a toothpick in the center of each. Garnish with a twig dill.
