  1. Rinse the pork liver thoroughly, cut into pieces and again rinse. Put the prepared liver pieces in a bowl, pour milk and leave for 2 hours.

  2. After 2 hours, put the liver pieces in melted creamy oil (1 tablespoon) and fry over medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Long no need to fry, otherwise the liver will become stiff. Spread on a plate and cool.

  3. Put the chopped onion in the oil after the liver and fry it, until soft. Cool down.

  4. Put fried pork liver slices in a blender bowl, fried onions, softened butter (4 tbsp), ground pepper, salt and beat well.

  5. We transfer the ready-made fragrant pork liver to containers, chill and serve with fresh crispy bread.
