The traditional recipe for home cooking a delicious paste of pork liver, onions, with garlic and white wine. Baked pork fat adds special taste and aroma to the paste. Make it not at all difficult.

  1. We wash the pork liver, cut into medium pieces and pour water for 30 minutes.

  2. After 30 minutes, we discard the pieces of pork liver in a colander.

  3. In the pan we send melted pork fat, chopped onions and fry 4-5 minutes until soft.

  4. Put the prepared liver pieces in the fried onion, chopped garlic, pour water to cover the contents, cover and simmer over low heat for 45-50 minutes.

  5. Filter the liver in the sauce through a sieve, leave the sauce.

  6. We pass pieces of the liver through a meat grinder (nozzle with the most thin holes).

  7. Pour wine into the chopped liver, mix and add little sauce in which the liver was stewed. Bring to a slightly liquid consistency, try the salt, the paste is ready.

  8. We lay out the ready-made pork paste in jars and cool until completely solidified. We take out the jars from the refrigerator, spread fragrant paste into slices of baguette and serve as a snack or on breakfast with your favorite hot drinks.
