A simple recipe for a delicious paste without adding cream oils. Cooking at home a paste with pork fat, on which we fry carrots, onions and liver.

We wash the pork liver, cut into small pieces, again rinse and fill with water for at least 30 minutes.

Finely chop the fat, put it in a pan and fry on low heat until a lot of fat is melted.

Add chopped onion to the melted lard and fry 4-5 minutes, stirring.

Spread coarsely grated carrots and fry until we become soft.

Add slices of prepared liver to the fried vegetables and simmer on low heat for 20-25 minutes.

Pieces of pork liver with vegetables and sauce are passed through meat grinder (grill with the smallest holes) and beat well whisk or mixer. We lay out the ready paste on the containers and keep in the refrigerator. Serve fragrant pate with fresh white bread to your favorite hot drinks or as a snack.
