- 2 stalks of celery, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped

- 2 tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste
- 1/2 tbsp. water
- 2 loaves of sourdough bread
- 450 gr thin sliced hawarti cheese

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 100 ° C. In a large cast-iron pan or in a heavy frying pan, fry the bacon over medium heat until getting crisp and melting fat.
