  1. The ingredients are for ham 2 liters. Pork fillet rinse, cut into medium pieces and send in a bowl to stuffing.

  2. Add gelatin, chopped garlic, ground pepper to the pork, sugar, salt and mix for 2-3 minutes until it starts to stick to hand. In the ham, insert the baking bag and fill prepared mixture for ham. Fasten the package, fix the meat under the press and send to the refrigerator for 8 hours. If not big ham, the volume can be divided into 2 pieces or reduce weight products.

  3. After 8 hours, we cover the bottom of the large pan with a towel, set stuffed ham and pour water to reach the lid. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a minimum and cook ham 2 hours.

  4. After 2 hours, take the ham out of the water, let cool and send to the refrigerator for at least 10 hours. Fragrant Homemade we take out the ham, release it from the bag, cut and serve with fresh bread and your favorite hot drinks. Minced pork can add turkey or chicken meat and any spices to taste.
