- 2 feathers of green onion, thinly cut diagonally
- 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- 1 tsp finely grated peeled ginger
- 1 small red onion, cut in half and thin rings
- Leaves of romaine lettuce or Boston lettuce, for wraps

Recipe preparation:
