  1. Rinse chicken, dry, cut into slices.
  2. Peel the carrots and cut them in round pieces.
  3. Onion cut into half rings.
  4. Fry carrots and onions in half the butter.
  5. Put vegetables and fry chicken liver in the same oil.
  6. Pass carrots with onions and liver twice through a meat grinder. Salt, pepper, cool.
  7. Beat the minced meat with the remaining butter. Put on a plate and decorate greens. The dish is ready.
