- 55 gr. chopped into small slices of chorizo sausage or pepperoni about 2 cm in diameter (optional)
- Optional equipment: 1 round heat resistant mold for pie 20-23 cm in diameter

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 205 ° C. In a small bowl, beat the eggs with flour, salt to taste and milk until a homogeneous dough is obtained. Grease a round heat-resistant pie dish with butter, mix half the grated cheese into the dough, then pour the dough into form.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Remove form from oven, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and add chorizo and pepperoni (if using) or something else. Put the mold back in the oven and cook another 2-3 min. to warm the ingredients.
