Meat sauce
- 1 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1 sweet Italian sausage, remove the shell (approximately 110 gr.)
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- Half red pepper, finely chopped
- Half a small onion, finely chopped
- 60 gr tomato paste
- A pinch of red pepper flakes

Recipe preparation:
- Pizza: put the pizza dough in a large bowl and grease with olive oil. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place until it rises a little and reaches to room temperature, for about 30 minutes.
- Lubricate the entire inner surface with butter metal shape measuring 20 x 20 cm. and put in the middle dough. Use your fingertips to distribute the whole dough from the middle to the bottom and along the walls of the form.
- Spread along the sides of the mold at the bottom of the pepperoni dough (lightly overlapping), about 8 slices on each side.
