Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1/3 Art. and 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 450 gr ready-made pizza dough, room temperature (recipe pizza dough see here)
- Wheat and corn flour, for sprinkling
- 120 gr. duck confit (cooked meat in its own juice), cut into slices
- 1 large egg
- 1.5 tbsp. young arugula
- 1/4 Art. grated parmesan cheese
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- Truffle oil, for spraying (optional)

Recipe preparation:
- Cook the garlic oil: pour 1/3 tablespoon into the pan. olive oil, add the cloves of garlic and fry over low heat within 30 minutes
- Place the pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven and preheat up to 250 C.
- Roll out the dough onto a lightly sprinkled wheat flour surface in a circle with a diameter of 30 cm. Transfer the layer to another pan and sprinkle with cornmeal. Grease the dough 3 tbsp. l garlic butter and put the duck confit on top. Move pizza to hot baking sheet and bake for 8 – 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, fry the egg in a pan with the remaining 1 tsp. olive oil. Put fried eggs on hot pizza with fried eggs and sprinkle with arugula leaves and parmesan. Salt and pepper. Sprinkle pizza with truffle oil.
