  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.25 tsp dried oregano
  • 110 gr. grated mozzarella
  • 110 gr. grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp. l grated parmesan

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put the pizza stone or inverted baking sheet on the bottom oven grate, preheat oven to 250 ° C for at least 15 minutes. Meanwhile, roll the dough into a circle with a diameter of 20 cm. surface lightly sprinkled with flour. Sprinkle a spade with flour for pizzas or another inverted baking sheet; put a circle of dough and leave to proof.

  3. Transfer the dough directly onto a hot stone or baking sheet and bake until it is slightly golden, about 7 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool slightly, then gently cut in half horizontally with a serrated knife, to get 2 thin halves. Flip the base to pizza was fried from below.
