Ingredients for the recipe:
- 450 gr ready-made pizza dough (see pizza dough recipe. here)
- Wheat flour to sprinkle
- Olive oil, for lubrication
- 3/4 Art. refried beans
- 1/2 tbsp. ready hot salsa sauce
- 1.5 tbsp. grated ripe cheddar cheese
- 3 feathers of green onions, cut into rings
- 1/4 Art. sliced pickled jalapeno peppers
- 1/4 Art. sour cream
- 1 lime juice
- Thinly sliced romaine lettuce, sprinkled
- Diced tomato for sprinkling
- Coarse salt
- 1/4 Art. fresh cilantro leaves

Recipe preparation:
- Place the pizza stone or inverted baking tray in the bottom part of the oven and preheat to 230 ° C.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured work surface in a circle, a layer with a diameter of 28 cm. Place a layer of dough on a sheet parchment paper. Grease the dough with olive oil, then spread on top of the beans, leaving a 12 mm wide border. Put salsa on top and sprinkle with cheese. Sprinkle with green onions and jalapenos.
- Transfer pizza with parchment to a hot stone and bake until the crust acquires a crisp, 8 – 10 min. Chill the pizza in a few minutes.
- While the pizza is cooking, mix the sour cream in a bowl, half lime juice and 1 tbsp. l water. In a different bowl, mix the salad lettuce, tomato and lime juice to taste; to salt.
- Put the salad on top of the pizza, then pour the sour cream sauce and sprinkle with cilantro. Cut into slices.
