- Break 2 eggs in a bowl, add 1 tbsp. paprika, salt and pepper to taste, a bunch of finely chopped fresh herbs, all carefully mix.
- We cut pita bread into small squares.
- Put on pita bread, a bar of cheese, a slice of tomato and wrap in the envelope.
- Dip the envelope on all sides in the egg mixture.
- We put it in a frying pan in heated oil and pour the remaining egg mixture.
