- 1 pack (340 gr.) Whole wheat flour pita cakes
- 3 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1 tbsp. l toasted white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp. l chopped fresh thyme, plus some more for decoration
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp ground sumac
- 2 tsp coarse salt
- 1.5 tsp crushed black pepper

Recipe preparation:
