Today I come to you with cool, tasty, SPICY tomatoes for harvesting for the winter. This wonderful recipe for my mother-in-law, E.G. MANY THANKS, you bastard from them. The main feature of these tomatoes in brine, as it has a salty-sweet and sour taste aromas of spices: bay leaf, black pepper and peas of course garlic. From the amount of ingredients presented it turns out 7 liter cans.

- Choose dense and fleshy tomatoes. Rinse under running water and pat dry. Cut the tomatoes into halves and remove brown specks from the stalk.
- Rinse cans thoroughly and sterilize.
- At the bottom of each can, put 2 bay leaves, 5 peas black pepper, 3-4 cloves of garlic (if large, cut). Place the tomatoes tightly in a jar with the cut down.
- For brine, pour 3.5 liters of water into a saucepan, add sugar and salt. Put on fire and bring to a boil.
- Pour the brine into the jars, cover the jars with lids for twisting and put in a container for sterilization (water in the container should be WARM so that the banks do not burst). When the water boils, sterilize 15 minutes.
- Before spinning, add a teaspoon to each jar vinegar essence. When you twist the jars, turn them upside down, to check for leaks. In winter, opening a jar you will receive maximum pleasure from these SPICY tomatoes.
