Pineapple and cucumber salsa – a detailed recipe for cooking.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1.5 tbsp. diced pineapple (1/2 medium pineapple)
- 1/2 cucumber, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes
- 1/2 finely diced red onion head
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper, chop (remove veins and seeds for less pungent taste)
- 1/2 small bunch of chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 lime juice
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- Corn chips for serving

Recipe preparation:
- Combine pineapple, cucumber, red onion in a large bowl, jalapenos, cilantro and lime juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
