  1. Preparing the dough: add 1 teaspoon in 300 ml of warm water salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of dried yeast and mix. Pour 450-500 g of sifted flour and knead the dough. Add 50 ml of sunflower oil and knead the dough again. Cover dough and leave in a warm place for an hour.
  2. Cooking the filling: add salt to taste in 180 g of cottage cheese, chopped greens (chives, cilantro and dill) and mix.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls, each crumble into a cake, put the filling and form a pie.
  4. Pour a lot of oil into the pan, turn on the stove on medium heat and when the oil warms up, fry the pies on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Put the finished cakes on a paper towel.
